What Happens When the Kids Leave Home



The milk expires before you even open it.  You throw bread away.  You happily eat cold cereal, or popcorn, or some other (non)nutritious thing for supper.

Then they come home for the weekend and you spend $200 at the grocery store.  Gladly!

I HOPE you opened that milk and SMELLED it BEFORE you threw it away - - - those dates mean NADA. A DATE can't tell if bacteria have invaded, but your NOSE can.

Fisherhubby and I LOVE this empty nest thing - - - we don't even grocery shop (most of the time) it's just too easy to feed ourselves "on the go" so to speak - - - - -
