Rockabye Baby

In the tree top,

When the wind blows,
The cradle will rock.

Cradle?
Did someone say cradle?

Hey--You want a piece of me????

It's a nest, people! A nest!

A home for big, fierce raptors.

And their fuzzy, itty, bitty babies!

Ok, that thing looks like it could be the next horror movie star. I always wondered about that lullaby. Why would there be a cradle in the tree? Ahhh, the cradle fell!! Now I know, all these years later it's about a bird and birds nest.
