"New" Salt and Pepper Shakers

Awhile back, I realized that all the dishes on the supper table were vintage. Except for the salt and pepper shakers. How did that happen, I wondered?

How could I have neglected to acquire a pair of vintage shakers?? Then I spent the morning downtown looking for some worthy of purchasing. I told you about my adventure with the car not starting because I'm a goofball.

I finally found some last week.

The tops are RED and that makes me so happy!

And they are so darned photogenic!

p.s. Can anyone tell my why I can't comment on blogs with pop-up forms? If I use Explorer, I can but I can't have more than one window open. If I use Firefox, I can't comment but I can have all the windows and tabs open I want!

Great red S&P shakers! I'd been wanting some for a long time and finally got 3 pairs at one garage sale! I really love that tablecloth I see there too!
Happy VTT!

You found some really neat salt and pepper shakers. I had to stop using Explorer. It was causing me so many problems. Now I have the Firefox and so far it works great. I am sure someone will be able to help you.

Love them, adorable :) I guess the pop up thing has to do with a pop up blocker setting. It must... which is interesting because your site has comments come up in a separate pop up window. so you couldnt comment on your own site i guess? lol
