She gazed sadly at the dark chocolate brownie and thought of the five pounds she had recently gained.
Temptation proved to be too strong for her weak, almost non-existant willpower, and she ate it, savoring each chocolatey morsel, even cleaning the crumbs from her plate with her fingertip.

On the bright side, I lost 3 of the 5 pounds I'd put on when I was sick. Alas, Halloween is here, and I just made 12 dozen ginger cookies, plan to make popcorn balls and chocolate caramel cookies...the RIGHT way with Rollos, not caramels...So that 3 pounds will be right back on.
And of course you picked up the crumbs with your fingers. who would waste those crumbs?
And when do I get to taste these brownies?
