Vintage Thingy Thursday--Ma's Cookin'

I enjoy browsing through old cookbooks at garage sales and thrift stores. I usually find stuff like "Microwave Cooking made Easy" from 1975, but I always look in hopes of finding something fun like the one I'm sharing today!

It's something you might buy as a souvenir in the Ozarks or Appalachians and has some fun recipes in it--especially for wild game. There's also some hints on how to get yer feller and such!

Have a great Vintage Day. I'm off to school again--feel sad for me that summer's over but as someone said this week--School is the one place to work you can get a new start every year!

Visit Suzanne, The Colorado Lady for more vintage treasures!

Now I've gotta go before I miss the bus!

HA! Hints on how to get yer feller! LOL! That cracked me up! Good thing my Hubbums didn't require a good cook! LOL! This is very cool!

Very very cute! I sure wish you had shown me the "get your feller" advice. Then again, it probably had to do with cookin' so never mind. :)

Ah... soon you'll be on Christmas vacation. Time goes very quickly, you know?
